«Et fleksibel kontor med plass til musikk, fest, arbeid og team building»
United Stage Norway, Scandinavia's largest music agency, is known for managing some of the country’s biggest artists and delivering memorable performances across Norway. The company’s main office, situated near Alexander Kiellandsplass in Oslo, is housed in an industrial building with rough architecture reminiscent of New York lofts. The project aimed to create a flexible and dynamic workspace that caters to various activities while fostering team collaboration and creativity.
The versatile environment caters to diverse needs, with social and team-building areas forming the core of the office. The spacious central area, dedicated to socializing and team activities, encourages spontaneous interactions and fosters a strong sense of community among team members. The kitchen space, enhanced by iconic orange curtains from the brand palette, provides a lively and inviting atmosphere for casual conversations and breaks.
Achieving a balance between social spaces and quiet areas for focused work and meetings was important. Scattered around the central social area, there are small focus rooms for concentrated tasks.
Drawing inspiration from the building’s industrial heritage and the company’s brand colors—black, grey, and orange—we curated a timeless and impactful interior. Concrete was extensively used to retain the industrial aesthetic and provide durability, while wood introduced warmth and balanced the rawness of concrete. Leather and velvet materials were incorporated to infuse luxury and comfort, particularly in meeting and lounge areas. Signature orange accents strategically highlight key areas, enhancing the overall aesthetic and reinforcing the brand identity.
By merging old industrial charm with contemporary elements, we’ve created a workspace that supports various work modes while fostering a robust sense of community and collaboration. Our design approach aimed to create more than just an office—it’s a hub for creativity, collaboration, and community.
The main meeting room, designed for significant meetings with artists, combines elegance and comfort to create a professional yet welcoming environment. A secondary meeting room is tailored for internal discussions and smaller group meetings.
A discreet quiet corridor connects the central social area to the meeting and focus rooms, ensuring seamless access without disrupting ongoing work.
